This Alien Photo was sent to me by Dr. Roger Leir in 2014 and it is the first time I am publishing it. I believe that Dr. Leir was doing something called "Psychic Photography," where the person taking the photo is in an altered state of consciousness. From Dr. Leir: "Margie, Here is an actual photo of two Gray Aliens taken in Kumbergaz, Turkey in 1999 with our film crew.
It has been analyzed by the University of Istanbul and a highly respected video analyst in Chile by the name of Mario Valdez.
